The location is excellent with windows facing the Boulevard Caseros and Bolivar street only one block away from the touristy Parque Lezama. Caseros is San Telmo's most import street from an architectural perspective and the boulevard recreates a pice of Rome in Buenos Aires, with museams, gorgeous parks and famous restaurants and cafes with tables on the street within 1 block distance. Defensa street; which is San Telmo's most touristy street is also 1 block away. The immediate neighborhood also offers excellent alternatives of transportiation such as a subway system; buses and plenty of Taxis 24/7. Casa Rosada and the Financial District is only 15 blocks away and recoleta about 15 minutes in a Taxi.
